Step One

We start with an initial meeting to go over your project. During this time we discuss your likes and dislikes, needs and wants, budget, and overall goals for the project.

Step Two

In our pre construction planning stage we begin working on drafting plans and designing your new home.  During this time we will begin creating a scope of work and putting together concepts for your project. We will also start coordinating with our vendors to begin putting together our preliminary budget.

Step Three

Before plans are finalized, we like to schedule a meeting for us to go over your plans in person.  We provide a 3-D rendering to help our clients visualize the final floor plan before any work begins.  This is the time we like to add any last minute details to the plans before they are finalized.

Step Four

Once our plans are finalized we meet with our trade partners and vendors to finalize your project budget and allowance items.  We will begin making our product selections during this time from cabinetry to plumbing and light fixtures.

Step Five

Construction begins!  During construction we like to keep our clients up to date with weekly updates and sharing job progress photos.  We schedule regular budget reviews that coincide with our draw schedule so that our clients stay are informed with how the project is progressing with the budget.  

Step Six

Once the project is complete we will have our final walkthrough and new home orientation followed by a review of our home warranty. We provide our clients with a list of all our vendors and suppliers information as well as a binder with all of their home selections from paint colors to appliance selections.
